33. Unless there is a court order to the contrary, stenographers must, on request and in consideration of the payment of the amount prescribed in the Tariff of fees for the taking down and transcription of depositions of witnesses (chapter S-33, r. 1), made pursuant to section 224 of the Courts of Justice Act (chapter T-16), section 4 of the Stenographers’ Act (chapter S-33) and section 81 of the Act respecting legal aid and the provision of certain other legal services (chapter A-14),
(1)  give to the witness who has been examined a copy of the witness’ transcript of the testimony; and
(2)  give to any party to the proceedings a copy of the transcript of the testimony of any witness who has been examined.
